Logging miles.

So I am in Alaska again, but I forgot my camera, it isn’t that big of a deal because there has only been a little sunshine.  Anyways, I have been trying to run a bunch, but the first thing I did when I got here was play 2 hours of full field soccer.  The next day I was sore, so I wasn’t able to run at all.  After that I got some running in, but when I ran up Verstovia to Picnic Rock the downhill murdered my quads so another couple days of being sore kept me down even more.  Hopefully tomorrow I will feel good, I’m gonna try to do a trail marathon.

Miles logged-

7/30 Indian River Trail 9 miles, 1 hr 24 min, 888 feet of elevation.

7/31 Verstovia from the Vieira’s home, 5 miles, 1 hr 17min, 2630 feet of elevation.

8/2 Mosquito Cove 2 laps, 3 miles, 28 min, 523 feet of elevation.

My legs aren’t as accustomed to the beating they are getting from all the elevation gain, but I am loving it.
